My name is Shari and I am a 40 something woman that wants to share some stories, learn, write, travel and figure out how to enjoy the life I am so lucky to be living.

This blog is, as the title indicates, random writings and the occasional rhyme. I write about things that interest me, make me laugh, catch my eye, inspire me and sometimes piss me off.

I am a wife, step mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a dog nut, a travel enthusiast, an investor,  a VW lover ( I dream of owning a tricked out Eurovan), a manager of people is my day job and my off hours are spent writing.
